Functionality & Mechanism

The 3Cs app is a data collection platform developed for research studies at the Sadhguru Center for a Conscious Planet (SCCP), part of the Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center (BIDMC). The app facilitates study enrollments by presenting consent forms to participants. It collects data through integrated surveys and cognitive tests. Additionally, the app syncs sleep and heart rate information from Apple Watch (or the Health app) and Fitbit devices. Participants can also manually log their sleep, food intake, and activity levels within the application.

Intended Use & Scope
