This mobile device management utility, developed by the Department of Veteran Affairs, facilitates the remote monitoring of iOS and iPadOS devices. The application operates as a background process to continuously capture and report real-time device metrics, including CPU and memory usage, storage utilization, network connection status, and battery charge state. The system also logs geographic location data and device configuration details such as OS version and speaker volume. Through a companion application, TeleStatus Hub, aggregated and anonymized telemetry from multiple remote devices can be centralized and accessed via a WebDAV server.
