This educational reference tool, developed by The Johns Hopkins University Department of Pathology, provides pedagogical content on the assessment of thyroid pathology specimens. The platform is structured around four integrated modules designed to facilitate knowledge acquisition in thyroid cytopathology. A central teaching algorithm guides users through a series of dichotomous decision points based on cytomorphologic features, aligning with The Bethesda System for Reporting Thyroid Cytopathology. This is supplemented by a searchable visual atlas containing over 500 high-resolution images, a self-assessment module with multiple-choice questions, and a flash card-based review system.
